Refer A Friend Campaign 

Eligibility:
1.1. Participation in the referral program (“Program”) is open to people who are legal residents of  Australia (“Referrer”).
1.2. Referrers must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate in the Program.
1.3. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Ur Wealth Advisory are not eligible to participate in the Program.

Referral Process:
2.1. To qualify for the referral reward, the Referrer must refer a friend or family member (“Referee”) to Ur Wealth Advisory for Loan services.
2.2. The Referee must mention the Referrer’s name during the initial contact with Ur Wealth Advisory.
2.3. Referrals must result in a successful settlement of a home loan with Ur Wealth Advisory to be eligible for the reward.

Reward:

3.1. Upon successful settlement of the Referee’s loan, the Referrer will be eligible to receive a monetary reward deposited into their Australian bank account as follows:

• Loans from $10,000 – $249,999.99: $250 AUD total
• Loans from $250,000 – $499,999.99: $500 AUD total
• Loans from $550,000 and above: $1000 AUD total

  3.2. The reward will be issued within 35 days of the Referee’s home loan settlement.
  3.3. The reward will be deposited directly into the Referrer’s Australian bank account.

Limitations:
4.1. There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer may make, but rewards are limited to one deposit per successful referral.
4.2. Ur Wealth Advisory reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

Privacy:
5.1. By participating in the Program, both the Referrer and Referee consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Ur Wealth Advisory for the purpose of administering the Program.

General:
6.1. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6.2. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
6.3. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia Queensland.
